Working principle of agitator granulator

The toothed granulator adopts a high-speed rotation method, and the material flips at high speed with the cylinder, causing the powdered material to bond under high-speed motion, and continuously achieving processes such as mixing, granulation, spheroidization, and densification inside, thus achieving the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is usually spherical, with high sphericity and high yield. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted by the speed of the rotor, with larger particles at lower speeds and smaller particles at higher speeds.
