Working principle

Organic fertilizer solid-liquid separators, especially spiral extrusion solid-liquid separators, are mainly composed of equipment such as a main engine, unobstructed pumps, control cabinets, pipelines, mesh screens, reduction motors, and discharge devices. The working process is roughly as follows:

  • Pump feeding: The unobstructed submersible pump pumps raw manure into the machine body. Accelerate the feed under the action of the pump to prepare for the subsequent solid-liquid separation.
  • Spiral squeezing: Through power transmission, the squeezing screw (spiral propeller) gradually pushes the fecal water towards the front of the body. During this process, the moisture in the material is squeezed out of the mesh screen by the edge pressure belt filter and flows out of the drainage pipe.
  • Continuous separation: The operation of the solid-liquid separator is continuous, and the material is continuously pumped into the body, resulting in an increasing pressure at the leading edge. When the pressure increases to a certain extent, the discharge port will be pushed open, and the extrusion port will be squeezed out to achieve the purpose of extrusion discharge.
  • Adjustment of discharge: In order to control the speed and moisture content of the discharge, the counterweight block below the host can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory discharge state.
