Working principle: Sludge is gradually squeezed and dehydrated under the drive of a spiral shaft. During the process of advancement, the sludge gradually decreases in size with the filter gap and pitch, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, it generates tremendous pressure and continuously reduces in volume, achieving the goal of full dewatering. Meanwhile, water flows out through the gaps between the stacked sheets, achieving solid-liquid separation.
