Working principle of rotary drum granulator
The main working mode of the rotary drum granulator is wet granulation of pellets. The specific process is as follows:
- By adding a certain amount of water or steam, the crushed material undergoes a thorough chemical reaction after being humidified inside the cylinder.
- Under certain liquid phase conditions, the rotational motion of the cylinder generates squeezing force between material particles, causing them to aggregate into balls.
